In business there are 5 areas that cause the most problems or bottlenecks:

1. An outdated customer experience that ignores latest wants and needs

2. Superfluous expense categories where uncontrolled spending occurs

3. Customer-borne risk with lack of loyalty and changing trends

4. Disengaged employees who would rather be doing something else

5. Negative pressures from the environment
