We get very comfortable in our business (and homes) and don’t notice when cobwebs start to form in the corners. We don’t notice when dust starts to settle on little used areas and we don’t notice cracks in the roof until it rains!!
We may not have noticed a competitors web is building in our customers minds that threatens to snatch them away from us. We may not have been in contact with our alliances for a while and our relationships have become rather dusty. We may not have reviewed our contracts with our suppliers and with recent law changes there may be some cracks that need patching.
With the new financial year just started it is an ideal time to review our customers, alliances and even our suppliers to ensure they are cobweb, dust and crack free.
