Margins review through a comprehensive checklist to make sure all agreements with suppliers were up to scratch and with a strong focus on Planning for targeted growth in the CBD – The Company only has a 10% marketing share , so value to be added by the growth in Sales team and then working on a CRM for accurate database control. The new office has been a great environment for the team and with more admin focus that creates value to the sales team.The company has also created a board of directors structure and the intention is to take the company public. Mostly its about systemization, with strong implementation and then fill the positions with quality in management.
