I first met Jerome in July 2019. At that time, I was transitioning out of one business and into a new industry. The initial sessions were to establish an actionable game plan, and then hold regular reviews against clearly defined criteria.
Jerome’s style allowed us to communicate intelligently and work in a collaborative/consultative manner, which I really appreciated.
Needless to say, selling one business while learning and entering a new industry, had its challenges. We launched our (next) start-up in June 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 frenzy. Again, with Jerome’s mentorship, we have built a solid business foundation upon which we can achieve scale and resilience. This in turn allowed us to purchase an additional business, which has added to our growing client base.
Having clocked over our first year in business, our growth has been steady and sustainable. Our team has grown, our client base is now in triple digits, we have a great story for the market and brand awareness is growing. Our second year will consolidate on all the prior planning and activity that we did with Jerome.
